Joe Messina began his career over 30 years ago building and supporting digital 3D modeling and simulation platforms at Lockheed, IBM and Siemens PLM. If you ride a car, plane, train or bike… if you use a phone,

computer or an appliance… pump gas or shampoo… wear clothing and play sports… get your blood tested or undergo surgery — then you’ve come in contact with products and services that leveraged these platforms, and indirectly Joe.

As a lifelong learner and mentor, Joe has a passion for working with forward-thinking business leaders and practitioners as a catalyst for positive change. His broad knowledge of product and experience design, collaborative innovation and strategic management frameworks provides a strong foundation for understanding and harmonizing the disparate business, technical and cultural perspectives and drivers present in all organizations. InnoStreams’ mission of helping organizations harmonize the desirability, viability and feasibility of opportunities within their growth portfolios is a natural evolution of his mindset and practice.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Kentucky and resides in Rabbit Hash, a sleepy village on the banks of the Ohio River a stone’s throw from Cincinnati.
